The newest product in the Made for You Foods range – a Cottage Pie with Sweet Potato – is now available in Woolworth’s supermarkets nationally.
A wholesome beef and vegetable pie topped with sweet potato mash, it contains two serves of vegetables, is low in fat (3%) and high in fibre. Pies, especially ones with creamy mash toppings would normally be off limits to people watching their blood sugar.
The Made for You Cottage Pie carries the D-tick and has a delicious sweet potato creamy mash, making the Cottage Pie low GI. Now we can enjoy this favourite hearty meal guilt free.
“It is similar to the Heart Tick, but better, because it looks at the whole nutrition of the product.”
